    Summer Session: Summer Fun Pass is 10 passes for $125.00 / One class for $15.00 / Unlimited class $250.00 per month
    September-May Session: Tuition is payable in nine equal payments, and is due by the first of each month.    A non-refundable registration fee of $35 per family is due upon enrollment.  Tuition is based upon total duration of class time per family. A performance fee of $15.00 per student will be added to your account on January 1st, 2016. A late fee of $15.00 will be added to your account if not paid by the 15th of the month.
    We do not send monthly invoices/statements. You will receive a statement only if your account is past due. Any account that becomes 15 days past due will be notified by email or phone call.  In the event an account becomes 30  days past due, the past due balance will charged to the credit card provided upon enrollment.
    If you would like to set up an automatic draft plan with a credit or debit card, please see the front desk personnel. For your convenience, you may prepay your annual tuition, plus fees, and receive one month’s tuition free!  We offer a 10% discount to all active duty military families.

    OBSERVANCE (Parent Viewing Days)
    Summer class observation will be the first week of August. Observing will be during the first lesson of November and March for studios B&D and Coach Angie’s gymnastics classes. Observing will be during the second lesson of November and March for studios A&C and the remaining gymnastics classes. Observance for students attending through daycare centers will be held during the firstlesson of November and March.  These are the only dates for class observance, unless prearranged by the General Manager.

    Dance recitals are the 2nd weekend of May at Patriot Hall.  Not your “same ol’ dance recital” this year!  5 dance recitals  with a theme that will entertain your family & friends!  New sets & scenery create a wonderland of imagination!  All 45 minute dance classes will perform one routine & be included in the finale.  Recital tickets will be available the first week of May.   All accounts must be current to receive tickets.  Tickets can be purchased for $5.00 from the front office or at the box office of Patriot Hall 1hour prior to showtime.
    The date of the Gymnastics Expo is May 28th & 29th.  It is usually the last weekend of May or the 1st weekend of June.  The Gymnastics Expo will take place at Nettles Gymnasium of USC Sumter.  We love to have your gymnasts show off the skills they have worked hard to acheive!  Miss Libby’s gymnastics center is transported to an alternate location with ample seating and plenty of space to include all the gymnastics elements! 
    The annual performance cost ($15 per student) helps cover the cost of rental facilities, trophies, gifts, advertising, printing costs and keeping our students safe during each performance.  Each student receives a participation trophy.    The annual performance fee will be due January 1st, 2017. 

    It’s important for students abide by a dress code policy for the following reasons:

    • A neat and tidy appearance sets an attitude of attentiveness and respect for students and the teacher.
    • Teachers must be able to see the students body outline clearly in order to make proper corrections on posture, alignment, etc. 
    • Hair must be properly secured and tied up off of the face and neck for all styles of dance and gymnastics.
    • Jewelry must not be loose or dangling. 
    • Gum chewing is not allowed due to danger of choking and appearance.
    • No loose fitting pants, blue jeans or t-shirts.

    Payment for dance recital costumes & gymnastics expo outfits  are due on or before November 1st, 2016 . Any orders placed after Thanksgiving break will incur an express production charge of $15.00.  We order costumes & attire during the holiday break.  Costume companies can take up to 16-18 weeks to ship orders.  We receive an early bird discount for ordering before January 1st of the new year.

    Dance pictures are scheduled for April . Gymnasticspictures are scheduled for March.  Pictures will be taken during regular class time. Dance students attending through daycare centers will have pictures taken on Saturday at Miss Libby’s.  Dance & Gymnastics pictures are taken by Limelite Photography-Brent King.  www.limeliteonline.com

    Each student will receive one dance recital and/or gymnastics exhibition participation trophy for the year. Please contact the front desk if it is your 5th, 10th, or 15th year of dance or gymnastics. Trophies will be awarded for these accomplishments.  We honor the previous years attended at other studios.  Perfect Attendance Certificates will be awarded for those students achieving 100% perfect attendance. Please understand that we cannot make exceptions.  

    Attendance is imperative! Absences and tardiness can have a negative effect on the entire class.  Classes missed for sickness, personal vacation, etc. may be made up in an age appropriate class within 30 days of the absence. It is the responsibility of the parent to notify the front desk 24 hours prior to a makeup class.  Advance notice is required to allow our staff to find the correct make-up class for your student.   Make-up classes will not be allowed after April 1st, 2016.   
    We do not make up or pro-rate tuition for days missed due to inclement weather. We will follow closing decisions determined by the Sumter School District.
